How do I check my transaction history?

You can view your transaction history with Mercuryo using our Widget, Web Wallet, or Mobile App. Just follow the steps below for each product:

 

Widget: 

Follow these steps to check your transaction history in our Widget 👇

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your Mercuryo account
  2. Once you are in, in the top you will see an option to switch between Buy and Sell (to determine if you want to see purchasing or selling history)
  3. After that, click on the two lines, in the above right-hand corner
  4. Click on the “Transactions” button to see your transaction history
  5. Below you will see two options you can switch between, regular transactions and recurring payments for purchasing history. 

 

Follow these steps to check your selling transaction history in our Widget 👇

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your Mercuryo account
  2. Once you are in, in the top of the Widget you will see an option to switch between Buy and Sell – switch it to Sell
  3. After that, click on the two lines, in the above right-hand corner
  4. Click on the “Transactions” button to see your transaction history

 

Web Wallet: 

Follow these steps to check your transaction history using Web Wallet 👇

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your Mercuryo Web Wallet
  2. Once you are in, you will immediately be on the “Wallets” page
  3. Under buying section, you will see “Latest transaction”, which shows your transaction history.

 

Mobile app: 

Follow these steps to check your transaction history using the Mobile App 👇

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your account in the Mercuryo Mobile App
  2. Once you log in, you will be on the “Wallets” page, and available coins will be displayed bellow
  3. Tap on a specific coin to view all transactions made with it.

 

💡 Important to know:  Make sure you’re checking the correct product (Widget or Wallet) to see accurate information.

  • Transactions made via the Wallet won’t appear in the Widget history.
  • The Mobile App and Wallet show transactions made in both Widget and Wallet.
