How do I enter or update my Billing Address?

📍 Your billing address must match the one registered to your credit or debit card to verify your payment method and avoid transaction issues.

Note: There's a 30-character limit per line. If your address is longer, use abbreviations like "St" instead of "Street" or "Apt" instead of "Apartment".

Entering your billing address (Widget)

  1. Go to the Widget and select the cryptocurrency and amount you wish to purchase
  2. Enter the wallet address where you want to receive the crypto
  3. Provide the address matching your bank card's registered address
  4. Click 'Save'. You can update it later by clicking 'Edit' next to it

Updating your billing address (Wallet)

  1. Log in to your Mercuryo Wallet
  2. Click the three dots at the bottom of the page
  3. Click your current billing address, make the necessary changes, and save
