We've added an extra layer of security for you to protect your account & assets!
Two-factor authentication (2FA) will be required for the following actions on your Mercuryo account:
- Crypto withdrawals
- Changing Password
- Changing Phone number
- Changing the email address
To enable two-factor authentication on your account, please follow the step-by-step instructions below:
- Go to the Mercuryo wallet login page: https://my.mercuryo.io/login/email & enter your email address.
- Enter the 5-digit code sent to your email address.
- Next, a screen will be displayed requiring 2FA to be installed. Click “Continue”
- Open or install a 2FA application, such as Google Authenticator.
- Connect your Mercuryo account with the 2FA application via the displayed code or QR code on the screen.
- Once the Mercuryo account has been added to the 2FA application, you’ll need to enter a code from the app to complete the 2FA setup.
Done! 2FA is now set on your Mercuryo account 🎉
