How to check your balance in Mercuryo Wallet?

You can find out how to check the available balance in your Mercuryo wallet using either our web wallet or Mobile Apps by finding the relevant section below.

Web Wallet

Follow these steps to check your balance using Web Wallet 👇 

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your Mercuryo Web Wallet 
  2. Once you are in, you will immediately be on the “Wallets” page 
  3. Under “Cryptocurrencies,” you will see a list of all the available coins in our service. The coins that you hold will be visible at the top of the list, and you can find the amount on the right side of each coin's name. 


Mobile app 

Follow these steps to check your balance using the Mobile App 👇 

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your account in the Mercuryo Mobile App 
  2. Once you log in, you will be prompted to the “Wallets” page in the app 
  3. Under it, you will find the list of available coins, and coins that you hold will be displayed on top of the list.
