You can find out how to check the available balance in your Mercuryo wallet using either our web wallet or Mobile Apps by finding the relevant section below.

Web Wallet
Follow these steps to check your balance using Web Wallet 👇
- Log in to your Mercuryo Web Wallet using your registered email address.
- After signing in, you'll be taken to the Home page.
- Scroll down to the Tokens section.
- The cryptocurrencies you currently hold will appear at the top of the list.
- Your balance for each cryptocurrency is displayed:
- In crypto (under the token name).
- In your selected fiat currency (on the right-hand side).
If you don't see a particular cryptocurrency, make sure you hold a balance of that asset or use the search function to find it by clicking on sign "Tokens"
Mobile app
Follow these steps to check your balance using the Mobile App 👇
- Log in to the Mercuryo Mobile App using your registered email address.
- After signing in, you'll be taken to the Wallets page.
- Under the Wallets section, you'll see a list of all supported cryptocurrencies.
- The cryptocurrencies you currently hold will appear at the top of the list.
- Your balance for each cryptocurrency is displayed:
- In crypto (next to the token name).
- In your selected fiat currency (below the crypto balance).
If you don't see a particular cryptocurrency, it means you currently don't hold a balance of that asset. You can scroll through the list to view all supported cryptocurrencies available in the Mercuryo Mobile App.
