How do I remove a card from my Mercuryo account?

Below you can find instructions on how to remove cards from your Mercuryo Wallet, using the Web Wallet and the Mercuryo Mobile App.

Web Wallet

Follow these steps to remove cards using Web Wallet 👇

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to your Mercuryo Web Wallet
  2. Once you are in, please click the three dots at the bottom of the page.

  3. You  will find the “Cards” section, and all cards you added will be displayed here.
  4. Click on Edit button select the card you want to remove from your wallet.

  5. The “Remove card” button will appear; click on it, and your card will be removed.

Important notes:

  • Removing the cards can’t be done in the Widget, or if you're using Telegram Wallet with Mercuryo.
  • Removal of cards will not affect the card limit (the number of cards added) in your Mercuryo Wallet, which is currently set to four cards connected to the account. If you need more than four cards, reach out to our Support team (bottom right corner), and they will provide instructions on increasing your card limit.
