At Mercuryo, ensuring the security of your account is our top priority. If you need to reset or change your password, the process is straightforward and can be completed in a few simple steps. 🔐
The password reset/change can be made in both Mercuryo Wallet and Mercuryo Widget.
If you are looking for an option to access our Spend card service, please follow the Widget instructions.
Widget
Follow these steps to change your password in our Widget 👇
- Click the two lines in the top-right corner of the Widget, then select 'Sign in'. Enter your email and click 'Continue'.
- The 5-digit code will be sent to your email. You can find it in the inbox and enter it in the provided field.
- After entering the 5-digit code, you will be prompted to provide your password. Click on the 'Forgot password' button to reset your password.
- The next step requires confirmation with the code received on your telephone number. Enter the 4-digit code you received via SMS.
- After you enter the SMS code, you will be prompted to provide your 2FA code. Copy the 6-digit code from your authentication app and paste it in the offered field.
- Finally, after entering the 2FA code, you can set a new password for your Mercuryo account. 🎉
Wallet
Follow these steps to change your password in our Wallet 👇
- Firstly, use this link to the Mecuryo Wallet and enter your email address into the provided field. Once you have entered your email, you will need to agree to our Terms of Service and then select 'Get code'.
❗️Important! Please use the provided link to log in, as the Merchant Dashboard is for business partners only. - Next, a 5-digit code will be sent to your email inbox. Please check your inbox and then open the email to find this code, and enter it into the provided field.
🤔 Not receiving the code in your email inbox? Please try pressing the 'Resend code' button and ensure that you have entered your email address correctly. It's also possible that the email will end up in the Junk/Spam folder of your inbox, so make sure to check that too! - After successfully entering the 5-digit code, you will then be prompted to provide your password. From here, you can select the 'Forgot my password' button to reset your password.
- To reset your password, you will need to provide another 4-digit authentication code sent to the telephone number associated with your Mercuryo account.
- After entering the 4-digit authentication code, you will be prompted to provide your 2FA code. Copy the 6-digit code from your authentication app and paste it in the offered field.
- Lastly, after providing the 2FA code, you will be able to set a new password for your Mercuryo account.
