How do I change or reset my password?

At Mercuryo, ensuring the security of your account is our top priority. If you find yourself needing to reset or change your password, the process is straightforward and can be completed in a few simple steps. 🔐

We recently updated our website, and you may have navigated to the wrong link. Please make sure you log-in to your Mercuryo Wallet instead of the Merchant Dashboard, which is only for our business partners. Click the button below to get started.


1. Firstly, use this link to the Mecuryo Wallet and enter your email address into the provided field. Once you have entered your email, you will need to agree to our Terms of Service and then select 'Get code'.

 

✋ Important! Make sure to use the link provided to log in, as there is a possibility that you may be trying to use our Merchant Dashboard, which is exclusively for our business partners.

 

2. Next, a 5-digit code will be sent to your email inbox. Please check your inbox and then open the email to find this code, and enter it into the provided field.



🤔 Not receiving the code in your email inbox? Please try pressing the 'Resend code' button and ensure that you have entered your email address correctly. It's also possible that the email will end up in the Junk/Spam folder of your inbox, so make sure to check that too!

 

3. After successfully entering the 5-digit code, you will then be prompted to provide your password. From here, you can select the 'Forgot my password' button to reset your password.


4. To reset your password, you will then need to provide another 4-digit authentication code that is sent to the telephone number that is associated with your Mercuryo account. 


5. Lastly, after providing the 4-digit code that was sent to you via SMS, you will be able to set a new password for your Mercuryo account.
