How to Change Your Email Address

Follow these steps to update the email address linked to your Mercuryo account:

Step 1: Sign in to your Mercuryo account

Log in to your Mercuryo account using your current email address and password.

Step 2: Open your profile settings

Click on your name at the top of the page, then open Profile or Account Settings.

Step 3: Open the email address section

Find the email address currently linked to your account and click the arrow or edit option next to it.

Step 4: Confirm your current email address

You will be asked to send a verification code to your current email address.

  • Click Send code
  • Open your email inbox
  • Copy the code from the email message
  • Enter the code on the Mercuryo page

If you do not receive the email right away, check your spam or promotions folder. If needed, you can wait a short time and use the Resend code option.

Step 5: Confirm your 2FA code

If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled on your account, you will be asked to enter your 2FA code from your authentication app.

Step 6: Enter your password

After that, enter your Mercuryo account password and continue.

Step 7: Enter your new email address

Type in the new email address you want to use for your account.

You may also be asked whether you want to subscribe to the Mercuryo newsletter.

Step 8: Request the verification code for the new email

Click Get code to send a verification code to your new email address.

Step 9: Confirm the new email address

Open the inbox for your new email address, copy the verification code, and enter it on the Mercuryo page.

Step 10: Complete any additional security checks

For account safety, you may also be asked to confirm:

  • An SMS code sent to your linked phone number
  • Another email code sent to your new email address

Step 11: Save and check your profile

Once all steps are completed, your email address will be updated.

You can confirm the change by returning to your Profile settings.

If you need to update the phone number linked to your Mercuryo account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your Mercuryo account

Use your current login details to access your account.

Step 2: Open your profile settings

Click your name at the top of the page, then go to Profile or Account Settings.

Step 3: Find the phone number section

Locate the phone number currently linked to your account and select the edit option.

Step 4: Enter your new phone number

Type in the new phone number you want to use.

You will be asked to complete the security checks shown on the screen. These may include:

  • A password check
  • An email verification code
  • A 2FA code
  • An SMS verification code
