If you're trying to sign in to or create your Mercuryo account but aren't receiving the 5-digit verification code by email, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Step 1: Request a new verification code
If you haven't received your verification email after a few minutes, click Resend code.
Before requesting another code, wait 1–2 minutes and make sure to use the most recently received verification code, as any previously generated codes may no longer be valid.
Step 2: Check your Spam or Junk folder
Sometimes verification emails may be filtered by your email provider and placed in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder instead of your main inbox.
If you find the email there, mark it as Not Spam to help ensure future emails are delivered correctly.
Step 3: Whitelist Mercuryo's email address
To improve email delivery, add noreply@mercuryo.io to your contacts or safe senders list.
This is the email address used to send verification codes. Whitelisting it helps ensure that future verification emails are delivered directly to your inbox.
How long does it take to receive the verification code?
Verification emails are usually delivered within a few minutes. Delivery times may vary depending on your email provider.
Which verification code should I use?
If you've requested multiple verification codes, always use the most recently received one. Previous codes may expire once a new code is generated.
I still haven't received my verification code. What should I do?
