If you're trying to log into or register your Mercuryo account, but you aren't receiving the 5-digit verification code, please follow these instructions to help troubleshoot the issue.
1. Request the code multiple times
To ensure the successful delivery of the verification code to your email, try requesting it multiple times in a row by clicking on the "Resend code" button.
2. Check your Spam/Junk folders in your inbox
Occasionally, our emails may be wrongly filtered by your inbox and end up in these folders instead of your main inbox. Check these folders to ensure that the email hasn't been misdirected to one of these folders.
3. Whitelist noreply@mercuryo.io
To guarantee the delivery of future emails from Mercruryo to your inbox, consider whitelisting the email address noreply@mercuryo.io. This is the email address that we send the code from. You can do this by adding the email address to your contacts or marking it as a safe sender. This proactive step can help prevent future verification code delivery issues.
