If you create multiple accounts, you may experience issues when using our services, such as adding payment methods or completing verification.
I can't access my original account
If you're unable to sign in to your original account, you can try resetting your password.
Simply go to the Sign in page, select Forgot password, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

I no longer have access to my email address
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Mercuryo account, please contact our Support team.
You can:

Our team will help you regain access to your account whenever possible.
Can I have more than one verified Mercuryo account?
No. Each customer is permitted to have only one verified Mercuryo account.
What should I do if I accidentally created another account?
If you already have a verified Mercuryo account, you should continue using that account. If you need help accessing it, please reset your password or contact our Support team for assistance.
