Is Mercuryo Available in My State?
Mercuryo is available in most US states.
At this time, our services are not available in:
- New York
- Vermont
If you reside in either of these states, you won't be able to complete identity verification or use Mercuryo services.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To use Mercuryo in the United States, you'll need to complete identity verification.
Accepted identity documents
US customers can verify their identity using:
- A valid US driver's license
- A valid US state-issued ID card
US passports are not accepted for identity verification.
During the verification process, you'll also be asked to provide your:
- Social Security Number (SSN)
Supported Payment Cards
US customers can use:
- Visa
- Mastercard
Supported payment methods may vary depending on your issuing bank and individual transaction.
Fiat Withdrawals
At this time, withdrawing fiat currency to a bank card is not available for customers in the United States.

Cryptocurrency Restrictions
Customers located in Texas cannot currently perform transactions involving:
- USDC
- USDT
This restriction applies to both cryptocurrencies while using Mercuryo services in Texas.
