If you're attempting to add a card as a payment method and receive an error message stating 'Card already registered', it means that your bank card is already linked to another Mercuryo account! It's important to note that using the same bank card on multiple accounts is against our Terms of Service.

How do I fix this?
Use an alternative bank card
If you'd still like to proceed with your transaction, we'll need you to use a different bank card. Please remember that we also accept virtual cards, so this may be an easy way to solve this quickly! It's important to know that we aren't able to remove your card from any account once it has been used on there.
Access your other account
You can access the other account to which your card is currently registered. However, please note that this option is only available if you haven't already verified a different account with us. This is because once you have verified an account with us, you must only use that account, and every user is only allowed 1 verified account with Mercuryo ๐
