Mercuryo will never ask you to provide passwords, verification codes or other sensitive information via email or SMS, or ask you to click a link to secure your account. If you have already clicked the link or entered any information, please contact us at support@mercuryo.io.
We are investigating the incident with our provider and have taken steps to prevent further unauthorised messages.
We will provide further updates if any action is required from you.
