How do I create a Mercuryo account?

We're super excited you're interested in opening an account with us! Let's get you set up so you can start enjoying our services. If you have any questions along the way, we're here to help! Simply chat with us using the circular Mercuryo button below to your right 😉

If your purpose is to buy/sell crypto, please follow the below instructions:

1. Go to the Mercuryo Widget - https://exchange.mercuryo.io/

2. Click the two lines on the upper right side of the widget
    

   

3. Select "Sign in". You have the option to enter the email you want to use, or continue with a Google or Apple account.
    

   

4. If you used Google/Apple account, please grant permissions on the Google/Apple consent screen.
5. Congratulations! A new account is now created for you and you will be directed to the personal information screen! 🚀

If your purpose is to hold your assets/crypto, please follow these instructions instead:

1. Go to the Mercuryo Wallet https://my.mercuryo.io/login/email

1. Enter the email you'd like to use
2. Agree to the "Terms of Service" by toggling the button and hit "Get Code"

3. Validate the email address by entering the authentication code we've sent to your inbox

   ✅ Ensure that you check your "Spam" or "Updates" folder in case you don't see it in your inbox
   ✅ You may also simply search for "Mercuryo" to easily find the email

4. Confirm your country of citizenship
5. Verify yourself
6. Set up the 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for a more secured account. You can follow the steps presented to you on the screen
7. Congratulations! You have now created your personal Mercuryo account! 🚀
