How do I sell cryptocurrency using Mercuryo?

💻 Widget

Follow these steps to sell crypto in our Widget 👇

  1. Select Sell at the top of the widget
  2. Enter the amount you want to sell in fiat currency or the amount of crypto you wish to sell.
  3. If you want to change the fiat or crypto currency then simply tap the currency icons to select something else.
  4. You can check the fees out by expanding the drop-down
  5. Click Sell and then you'll need to enter your email address and receive a 2FA code via email.
  6. Select the card you want to receive your fiat currency on
  7. We'll ask you to enter a return address for your crypto in case there are any problems when selling. Just to let you know, we don't support tags for XRP or memos for XLM transactions.
  8. On the next screen you'll receive a Mercuryo address to send the crypto to, so please send the exact amount as shown, and we'll do the rest!

Follow these steps to sell crypto in our Wallet 👇

  1. You can sell crypto from the home page of the Mercuryo Wallet.
  2. Select the crypto you want to sell
  3. Then select the card you want to receive the fiat currency on
  4. Enter the amount you want to sell in crypto or the amount of fiat you wish to receive.
  5. Tap Sell and you'll receive the funds shortly on your card!


📱️Mobile

Follow these steps to sell crypto in our Mobile App 👇

  1. Tap the crypto you'd like to sell from the Wallets page
  2. Choose "Sell" from the 4 options
  3. Enter the amount and press "Sell". If you wish to change the fiat currency, simply click the fiat currency itself to be presented with the other options
  4. Select the card you wish to send the funds to and press "Sell" again
  5. Wait for your order to complete and you'll receive the funds shortly on your card
