**Fair usage fees apply. You can issue and maintain your Mercuryo card for free, provided there is activity within the card per month. If the card is inactive for 3 consecutive months, a €1 fee is applied per month. If the balance of the card is below €1, and we cannot claim the €1 fee, we will claim the remaining balance and the card will be closed immediately.
