Spend is currently only available to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA). To pass the verification process, EEA citizens must provide a valid passport or ID card. During verification, you will need to submit your address in the EEA.
Non-EEA citizens residing in the EEA must provide a valid passport or ID card from their home country, along with an EEA residence permit and a proof of address document to confirm their residency.
