Please be informed that the Spend Card programme, issued in partnership with Paynetics,
will be discontinued.
We understand this may affect your experience and will provide further information regarding key dates, the closure process, and any actions required on your part.
Your Spend Card will be deactivated on the date specified below, and your Card Account will then be closed shortly thereafter.
Key Dates
● Last day you can use your card: 10th July 2026 (inclusive)
● Your Account and Card will be closed: 11th July 2026
What This Means for You
● Your card will stop working after 10th July 2026.
● You will no longer be able to load funds onto your card from that date.
● Any remaining balance on your card belongs to you, and you're entitled to receive it back in full (less any applicable closure fees — see below).
How to Get Your Remaining Balance Back
Contact support@paynetics.digital directly with your EU bank/PSP account details and an official statement evidencing the account in your name;
Paynetics may request further verification documents.
Once your request is submitted, Paynetics will process your refund by wire transfer,
subject to the details below.
Good to Know Before You Submit Your Request
● Accuracy matters: you're responsible for making sure the information and documents you provide are accurate and complete.
● Fees: Paynetics may deduct applicable closure fees from your remaining balance. If your balance is lower than the closure fees, you'll need to cover the difference before any refund can be issued.
● Additional verification: Paynetics may ask for extra documents to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
● Possible delays or rejection: Paynetics may decline or delay a refund if required documents are missing, incorrect, or for other reasonable compliance-related reasons.
