Your Spend card can be used for the following:
- Online payments such as e-commerce checkouts. You will need to complete 3DS verification as part of the checkout process, and the code will be sent to the phone number associated with your Mercuryo account. It's also important to note that these codes may be flagged as spam, so please be sure to check that if you aren't receiving the code!
- Point of Sale (POS) transactions - the card can be used at in-person card machines via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Card top-ups - The card can be used on services like Revolut to top-up your account balance via a card transaction.
It's currently not possible to use the Mercuryo Spend Card in the following ways:
- Via a physical card. We do not issue physical cards currently.
- At an ATM.
