This timer shows how long your payment details remain valid.

Step 4 – Complete your bank transfer

Open your banking app and send the payment using the details displayed on the payment page.

Make sure that:

• You transfer exactly the amount shown.
• You use the bank details provided by Mercuryo.
• Your payment is completed before the 1-hour timer expires.

Important

Each order has unique bank details. If your payment isn't received within 1 hour, the order will expire automatically and you'll need to create a new one.

Step 5 – Confirm your payment

After sending the transfer, return to Mercuryo and click "I've made the transfer".

We'll automatically start monitoring for your payment.

You don't need to stay on this page while your payment is being processed.

Step 6 – Receive your cryptocurrency

As soon as we receive your bank transfer, we'll begin processing your purchase.

Most purchases are completed within 5 minutes after we receive your payment.

Once your order has been completed:

• Your cryptocurrency will be sent to your wallet.
