Starting April 7, 2026, some customers' TON deposit addresses will no longer be supported.
Important: Any TON deposits sent to an old deposit address after this date will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
What is changing?
On April 7, 2026, we will automatically generate a new TON deposit address for all affected customers.
Your new deposit address will appear in your Mercuryo profile. Please use this address for all future TON deposits.
What do I need to do?
We recommend that you:
- Check your TON deposit address in your Mercuryo profile on April 7, 2026.
- Use only your newly generated TON deposit address for future deposits.
I use auto-payments or third-party services
If you have:
- Active auto-payments sending TON to your Mercuryo wallet, or
- Shared your TON deposit address with an exchange, wallet, mining pool, or any other third-party service,
please update them with your new TON deposit address as soon as it becomes available.
What happens if I send TON to my old address?
Any TON deposits sent to an old, unsupported deposit address after April 7, 2026 will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
To avoid losing funds, always verify that you're using your current TON deposit address before making a deposit.
