If your cryptocurrency transaction is still pending, it usually means it is being processed. In most cases, the coins should reach your wallet within about 30 to 60 minutes, although during periods of high network activity it may take several hours or, in rare cases, longer. Mercuryo cannot speed up blockchain processing.
You can check your transaction status and find your transaction hash (also called a blockchain ID or TxID) in either the Mercuryo Wallet or the Mercuryo Widget.
Why Is My Transaction Pending With No Hash?
If your transaction is pending and no hash has been created yet, it means the transaction is still being processed. In most cases, it will complete automatically once the network finishes processing it.
