Supported Networks and Assets

Your wallet only supports receiving specific cryptocurrencies and networks.

• Mercuryo supports Ethereum (ETH) and selected ERC-20 tokens.
• Mercuryo supports USDT only as an ERC-20 token.
• OMNI and TRC-20 versions of USDT are not supported.

Each Token May Have a Different Address

Due to the way the wallet is structured, each ERC-20 token has its own unique blockchain address.

This means your ETH address will not be the same as your USDT or BAT address.

Always make sure you are using the correct address for the correct cryptocurrency.

Your Wallet Address May Change

Your blockchain address may change each time you receive crypto.

Previous addresses remain valid, but it is always best to use the address shown in your wallet for the specific deposit you are making.

Unsupported Crypto Will Be Lost

Sending an unsupported cryptocurrency to your Mercuryo Wallet may result in permanent loss of funds.

For example:

• Sending Ethereum Classic (ETC) to an Ethereum (ETH) address may result in loss of funds.
• Sending Bitcoin Cash (BCH) to a Bitcoin (BTC) address may result in loss of funds.
