After initiating a transaction, whether it was successful or not, a unique Mercuryo transaction ID will be assigned to it.
This is how we can easily identify the transaction in our system. If you require any assistance with a transaction, you will need to locate this ID and provide it to our Customer Support team through live chat or emailing us at support@mercuryo.io.
To locate your Mercuryo transaction ID, log into your Mercuryo account here, navigate to the 'Wallets' section, and you will find a list of all of your transactions with the corresponding Mercuryo transaction ID. You can click on the ID to copy it instantly!
