How to make a Swap?

Step 1. Open the Swap tab

  1. Go to https://exchange.mercuryo.io.
  2. Select Swap from the top menu.

Step 2. Choose your cryptocurrencies

  1. Select the cryptocurrency and network you want to send.
  2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive.
  3. Enter the amount you want to swap in the You pay section.
  4. Review the estimated amount displayed in the You get section.

Step 3. Review rates and fees

Before confirming your Swap, you'll see:

  • Current exchange rate
  • Applicable fees

All values are updated in real time.


Each Swap has minimum and maximum transaction limits. If the amount entered falls outside the supported range, you'll see a notification in the widget.


 

Step 4. Confirm your order

  1. Click Swap.
  2. Review the order details.
  3. Enter the wallet address where you'd like to receive the swapped cryptocurrency.

 

By default, any refund will be sent to the wallet used to initiate the transfer. If you'd like your refund sent to a different wallet:

  • Untick the default refund option
  • Enter your preferred refund address manually

Step 5. Send your cryptocurrency

Transfer the cryptocurrency from your wallet to the provided Mercuryo address. Open the wallet where you hold your coins and send the crypto from there. Send the exact amount shown in the widget. Some wallets automatically deduct the network fee from your total — if yours does, increase the amount you send so we receive the full amount requested, not less.

If you're not signed in, you'll first be asked to:

  • Log in to your account
  • Confirm your email
  • Complete any additional verification steps if required
