How does the Mercuryo widget work for off-ramp?

By integrating our widget, your customers will be able to sell crypto in just a few simple steps:

  1. User selects Sell at the top of the widget
  2. Enters the amount they want to sell in fiat currency, or the amount of crypto they wish to sell* User clicks on the Sell button
  3. If the user has not previously completed KYC, they will be asked to proceed with the KYC verification during this step
  4. User selects the card they want to receive the fiat currency on
  5. We'll ask them to enter a return address for their crypto in case there are any problems when selling.  Note: we don't support tags for XRP or memos for XLM transactions
  6. On the next screen the user will receive a Mercuryo address to send the crypto to. Once they've sent the exact amount, and we'll proceed with sending the fiat to the selected card

*The fiat or crypto currency can be changed simply by tapping the currency icons
