It's depends on your account final status.

So, there are some reasons, why you can't use your Account:

1. Duplicate. It means, you have already created Mercuryo account before. Just try remember your another(old) email or phone number to login. You can use only one verified account at Mercuryo

2. You have uploaded unsupported document. Please read this article about verification questions

3. Security reasons. In some cases we can reject your documents and close any possibility to pass the verification again without indicating a reason. Unfortunately, you can't pass verification in our service from any account and use Mercuryo in the future.

Decision is final, please, do not try asking support managers, they don't have any chance to help you, if your account is denied, sorry.

If you saw these screens, you can't pass the verification at current account due to the security department's reasons.
