π‘ Did you know? Mercuryo doesn't charge to receive crypto to your Mercuryo wallet π‘
π€ A few important things to know
π€ A few important things to know
Your Mercuryo wallet does not support receiving ETH through smart contracts.
Due to Mercuryo architecture each ERC-20 token has its own unique blockchain address, your ETH address won't match with your USDT or BAT address.
Mercuryo supports ONLY USDT ERC-20 token. OMNI and TRC-20 are NOT supported. You can view all our support cryptocurrencies and networks here.
Your blockchain address changes each time you receive crypto, all the previous addresses are still valid though. We have more on this here.
π¨ It's super important that you send the right currency to the right wallet address π¨
You can only receive Ethereum (ETH) and a number of ERC-20 (BAT, USDT, OKB, DAI) tokens in your Mercuryo wallet. Sending unsupported cryptocurrencies to your Mercuryo wallet will result in their permanent loss.
For example, if you send Ethereum Classic (ETC) to your Ethereum (ETH) wallet address, the funds will be lost. Similarly you will lose your Bitcoin Cash (BCH) if you send it to your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet address.
If you're unsure what is supported, please ask our team using the live chat in the bottom right-hand corner of the page π¬
